Cherryl Meggs has been a practicing porcelain artist for over two decades. She has been teaching for the past fifteen years and due to the demand on her time, we have dedicated this website to her and her art. She is skilled in many forms of porcelain art, specializing in antique style roses after the old masters Aulich and Bischoff. She also specializes in mums, morning glories, poppies, grapes, and fruits of all kinds. She has been mentored by Ruth Strange, Kay Houston, Alzora Zaremba, Celeste McCall,and Jane Marcks. She is familiar with many different techniques including Dresden, Gold Work, etching, lace drape, and scroll work. Her main emphasis is composition and design principals.
As well as having each student create their own works of art.
